- June 15 – Giants vs Astros 12:45 game
- July TBD – Andy’s Orchard
- August 15 – Giants vs Nationals 12:45 start – perhaps RV parking depending on interest
- August 18 – Luncheon at K-Hall – noon to 2 pm
- December 8 – Christmas Luncheon at K-Hall – noon to 2 pm
Mission & Vision Statements
- Mission To provide a loving care and prayer ministry to our body of seniors ages 55 and up, and to provide a venue for their senior friends to attend our functions and activities.
- Vision To show our seniors they are loved, are an integral and valuable part of our Church Body, by providing: functions, activities, benevolence, prayer and care. To hold quarterly functions at the church and other events that are specific to their interests, such as: fellowship, music, food and other activities. To give all a voice and interest in the direction of this ministry.
If our seniors believe their ministry is valuable to them, then our members would invite their un-churched friends to participate. Imagine baptizing an eighty-something just in time for their eternity. Tom Brokaw calls them, “The Greatest Generation” and those unbelievers are passing into the abyss and could very well be low hanging fruit.
